Candidate applications are reviewed and selected by the Administrative Department. Special emphasis is placed on the compliance of qualifications with the requirements set out in the competence profile, i.e. features and skills required for a given position. The history of past employment and work responsibilities are a valuable piece of information. Candidates are advised to show off their expertise and skills corresponding to the requirements specified in the job offer. It is worth emphasising that the curriculum vita and covering letter are a calling card often deciding on an invitation for interview. |
First, the applicant is interviewed by someone from the Administration Department; if successful, the applicant is invited for a second interview which is carried out by the boss of the team or department seeking a new employee. During the course of the interview, information provided on the application is verified - especially with regard to education, employment history and plans for the future. Depending on the type of position sought, knowledge of foreign languages is checked - primarily of English, as well as analytical thinking skills, creativity.
