ANDREM's offering includes both complete systems fitted with switch and control gear for facilities such as transformer substations, infrastructure, industrial and commercial facilities, technological lines, air handling units, chiller plants, vessels and quays as well as customised switch gear.
All the equipment is designed and manufactured with our own engineering and assembly staff in accordance with IEC 60439-1 i EN 60439-1.
Any documentation is prepared using E-PLAN or AutoCAD software.
We also accept orders for obtaining documentation approvals from external parties such as classification societies or energy companies.
On request, we also offer installation on site, start up and servicing.
Low-voltage equipment that we manufacture includes:
- predominantly low-voltage switchgear rated at up to 6300A based on the certified CUBIC systems, Denmark;
- predominantly low-voltage switchgear rated at up to 4000A based on the certified PRISMA Plus SCHNEIDER, X-Energy EATON, and XL3 LEGRAND systems;
- drawer-type MCC switchgear based on the CUBIC system;
- panel-type MCC switchgear based on the RITTAL,SCHNEIDER, and EATON systems;
- control cabinets and panels with automatic control systems based on PLC controllers of the SIEMENS, EATON, SCHNEIDER, or MITSUBISHI brands complete with the relevant software and start up on site;
- switch gear with power supply and control systems for HVAC systems, with dedicated TAC /Schneider Electric / , Siemens, Honeywell building automation systems;
- low-voltage switchgear rated at up to 630A with ingress protection ratings of IP20/30/31/41/54/55, based on the certified SCHNEIDER, EATON, SIEMENS, LEGRAND,ABB, HENSEL systems;
- special versions of low-voltage switchgear in stainless steel enclosures, with ingress protection ratings of up to IP54;
- capacitor banks in individual and systemic enclosures – selection, manufacture and start-up.
